jenhousley Hello. I saw that (via email from Poshmark). I sent it and provided tracking, so unfortunately, it's out of my hands. It was shipped via USPS and tracked and they show it as delivered. Poshmark provided you a refund so there's nothing more I can do. Sorry that happened. Best... Jen
