This is a DIY Weird Barbie Halloween costume or cosplay dress in a size 2X, fits a size 18/20. Dress is freshly laundered & steamed. Paint does not bleed. It is a cotton/rayon blend (a linen-like texture) & VERY COOL & comfortable. You will not overheat in this, I swear. Best thing?! IT HAS POCKETS!!
