DIY Brittany Murphy Uptown Girls Blumarine floral appliqué lace dress Molly Gunn

One of a kind dress decorated by me, worn only twice. Once for my birthday party and once for a Halloween party (both are pictured). Original base dress was purchased from Urban Outfitters for $99. I sewed on the appliqués and glued on the multi-color sequins with E6000. I am a designer but I am NOT a fine couturier LOL. If a thread comes loose as some point or a sequin pops off, it’s up to you to be chill about it or fix it yourself (sequins were purchased at Walmart). I’m 4’11” so it may fit slightly differently on someone taller. It fit me comfortably at 98-ish lbs back in January ‘25 and still fit comfortably at 110-ish in Oct ‘25. It’s very soft and forgiving, but also flattering!
