DIVINE Vintage 80's pink black lace handkerchief Hem mini skirt The brand is DIVINE and so is this skirt!!! Fantastic 1980's miniskirt. Pink underlayer, black lace top layer, both layers in handkerchief form. The bottom of the skirt is raw edged, and some of these are uneven, which appear to be done on purpose (though who knows, the 80's WERE a party decade! :) 16" wide on waistband 17" long at shortest point 20" long at the longest point This would look great while hand-dancing or ice skating or on your way to and from ballet class!
