designtrends @lola4387 If you're having trouble selling, try sharing other people's items. It's Posh's way of thanking one another. Someone shares your items, you thank them by sharing theirs & visa versa. Also, join parties and share your items that fall within the party's guidelines. Another way is to get a lot of exposure is to join share groups. Be sure to read the rules of the share group carefully and ask questions if you do not understand something.

I know how it is when some just look solely at a listing vs the entire closet to see if there are guidelines or anything like that *lol* As for followers... I'm honestly still not too sure! Some times there will be a day when all of a sudden I am getting follows back to back and it floods my timeline. Others it's very dry. I think it helps to just randomly start following others and sharing. Sharing seems to be a big part of PM community.

designtrends @theclotheshound No, there is no way to search for closets by the sizes they provide. I believe the only closets that you may be able to find are the ones that have Plus Size in their actual names. Obviously, you will not be able to find all of them since there are many more that do not use Plus Size in their names. You can also simply search the item you are interested in. Posh will then provide all items in the category & in your size since you already entered your size when you signed up.

designtrends @afrias03 Posh is a great place to sell items. They do their best to protect both buyers and sellers. It's a shame to see the amount of scammers recently. I cringe when I see a user saying they emailed the person back. To report accounts: go to the scammer's page; click on the upper righthand box; click Report User; & then click the reason. I usually report those accounts 6 times (3 for taking transactions off of Poshmark & 3 for Spam).

designtrends @anna_reichner Shipping: Buyers pay for shipping once you download and print the label. Once an item is sold, Posh will send you a notice on the app & will send you the shipping label to your email. You must download & print the label. You can send the items in any USPS Priority Mail envelope or box. They're free at your local post office. They also have priority tape that can be used to seal the envelope or box, as well as, to attach the shipping label.

designtrends @anna_reichner If you would like ratings, so other Posher's can see when they click on your "About" tab, be sure to wrap your item & send a short thank you note or card. You can use tissue paper, wrapping paper, or a grocery paper bag; seal with tape & tie some string for a final touch. I always believe showing a little gratitude goes a long way. Of course, you don't have to but it will increase your chances of receiving positive feedback.

designtrends @anna_reichner Fees: Poshmark takes a flat rate of $2.95 for all items sold under $15. For items $15 and above, Poshmark takes 20% and you earn 80%. Take that into consideration when pricing your items. The buyer has 3 full days to accept the package once delivered. Posh will release your funds once the buyer accepts or on the 4th day after arrival. Once the funds are released, you may transfer your earnings to your bank account or leave it as Posh credit to treat yourself to something new.

Also, buyers can request that you share items to their dressing room that you think they may want to purchase. The Dressing Room also holds all the items that you share from other closets.

designtrends @anna_reichner What I do to save items that I may want to buy later is add them to a "bundle" & "like" the item. Liking the item will allow you to be notified when there is a price drop. Bundling items from various closets allows you to go back and find all items under the Bundle tab.

designtrends @anna_reichner I almost forgot the 2 best part of bundling. 1st many closets offer automatic discounts for bundling more than 1 item. 2nd bundling more than 1 item from someone's closet allows the buyer to simply pay 1 shipping fee of $6.95. You cannot bundle from multiple closets. Therefore, if you choose 2 from one closet & 3 from another, you will pay $6.95 twice. However, it beats paying shipping for each item. 📬

In those cases, I'll tag their name in the Closet Guidelines post; erase the active listing & repost it. I even had 2 closets pretend I had a host pick just so they could advertise on one of my active listings. I block them; erase & repost the listing.

Go to their closet 2. Click on the upper righthand box 3. Click block You can also report a closet through the same way. I always report these scam closets that ask ppl if the item is still available & to email them. Way too many scam fraudulent closets lately. Thank you for reaching out‼️ ☺️

designtrends @justme89 I'm moving the conversation here bc I didn't want to take over your comment section of an active listing. Someone or some company was able to scam my husband through phishing. Once they had his email, they were able to send him emails that looked like they either came from clients or companies in which he conducts business.

What it did was offer him an opportunity to win $5,000 plus tickets to the Super Bowl by signing up for their contest. He then clicked the login option (all which were mirror image of the real bank's website) & entered his username & password.

designtrends @justme89 About a week or two later, someone switched the contact information on the account (just in case someone called to check for fraud, they'd call the scammers & not my hubby). They were also able to make 2 withdrawals amounting to nearly $5,000! He then switched the contact info back & the bank did refund his $. However,

designtrends @justme89 somehow they were able to gain access to his accounts & again they switched his contact information (luckily the bank caught the switched since his account was now flagged). He had to close that account and open another. The scammers even sent him emails that look like they're from me so he can click on them instead of sending them straight to junk mail w/o even clicking on them at all.

designtrends @justme89 Still to this day, he receives anywhere from 40-100 Spam/scam emails They've used the disguise of electrical company bills, family members, dept. stores, etc. You can think it, they've used it. He cannot change his email due to his line of established work. Now, he never clicks on them & sends them straight to junk.

designtrends @justme89 If he's unsure of an email, prior to opening he'll actually type the entire web address and login to see if a company does in fact have a message for him. If it's a family member or client, he'll contact them first before opening. You should also erase your cookies & history on your computer. Pls do not ever download anything from an email w/o confirming the source.

locagiulia 1- also are you allowed to mention other websites if your item wasn’t available for the buyers correct size? for ex. “where did you get those?!” 2- & what is trading? exactly what it sounds like? lol ;) 3- & bundling is like giving a discount if a buyer buys a few items? 4- is it possible to set up your page by category and then mix it up or is your page set up by the order in which you list products in? i’m sorry ! newbie with lots of questions. best, locagiulia

designtrends @kmdjdd827 Good afternoon! The label that Posh sends is a priority mail label. Please do not use the express boxes or envelopes. You can send your item in a priority box, a priority envelope, a legal envelope, or a box from home. I like to attach clear tape across the scan bar & address, but it's not required. Also, I wrap my items & add a thank you card or note that I print.
