DIR EN GREY • KERA x 京 (Kyo) Handmade EGL Elegant Gothic Lolita Cosplay • US 6-8

Handmade, fully lined elegant gothic lolita jacket with puffed sleeves and layered skirt inspired by the February 2003 issue of KERA featuring a photoshoot with Dir en grey's Kyo. In summer of 2003, I worked with a friend who studied at the Fashion Institute of Technology to create this look—for being twenty years old, it's in pretty good condition! Heavy, fully lined satin and twill fabrics with velvet and lace trimming, and tulle beneath the skirt—an additional layer can be added to achieve a more full look.
