It is an adjustable shoulder bag but easily works as crossbody with a converter chain. I hope this helps. Im super confident whomever buys her will love her🥰

bundlesandbags @lola_seligson Hello Dear, I personally purchased this bag new in Las Vegas. The bag is pictured with original strap. It is adjustable but only shoulder strap length. I connected a removable non branded strap to lengthen to show how you could also wear as crossbody ♥️
