Two toned blue silk dress. I believe it's from a Resort wear collection. I've used it as a swimsuit cover-up. It's beautiful on and there's a bit of a high slit up the left leg. Bias cut silk. Because of the asymmetrical design, there's no underarm or way to measure the chest accurately.
