The sleeveless design ties at either shoulder and surplice wrap V-neckline make it perfect for a cocktail night out, while the flutter sleeves enhance its feminine charm. The silk is almost mesh-like and has stretch. It's sheer and layered throughout the bodice. Ruched and draped across the bodice, very flattering and innocently sexy. (one minor callout, there is a pull in the fabric near and underneath the right armpit. Really hard to see because of the type and layers of fabric in this area, the print and the placement.
