This is a decorative medallion of the United States DHS Department Of Homeland Security. It’s like a challenge coin but it’s 3” in diameter and approximately 1/4” thick. Gold tone or Brass color metal with red, green and dark + light blue enamel accents. This particular piece was used in a presentation that didn’t go though so it still has the dried adhesive on the other side which was HSI Homeland Security Investigations.
