DEX Ruffled Tulle Long-Sleeve Blouse purple

This tulle blouse is just a throw it on and go type but too nice for play. The neck has a square look in the front and back with laced trim. The front has a "bib" with embroidered flowers blocked with lace. There is a ruffle that adorns the front around to the back at the sleeve. The sleeve is sheer with dotted swiss at the top half and the embroidered flowers in the bottom half. The cuff is the dotted swiss again with lace connecting to a ruffle.
