Is it really that narrow at the shoulders? Does it stretch there?

@anjush Hi! I remeasured the shoulder and got approx. 13.5". It does have lot of stretch to it though. I would say it's similar to a 0-2 in numerical sizing and possibly would fit a 4 with a narrow frame. Hopefully this helps!
