THIS LOVELY FLOWERY OFF-THE-SHOULDER FIT-AND-FLARE DRESS BY DEREK HEART, SIZE XS, is gently pre-owned, in near-perfect condition, free of defects, damage, or signs of wear. In classic fit-and-flare style, it consists of a close-fitting halter-style bodice with adjustable shoulder straps and built-in bra joined to a flaring knee-length skirt. (It's knee-length on my petite mannequin, Trixxi, but she's 4'11". It will be above the knee if you're somewhat taller than that.) It features a beautiful floral pattern, flowers and foliage in pink, magenta, green, black, and white on a background in a shade of pink somewhere between salmon and coral. The shoulder straps are braided cord that continues as a decorative trim around the neckline in front (picture #9). The fabric is a blend of polyester (92%) and spandex (8%), very stretchy. Machine wash cold and tumble dry low are recommended. The stated size is XS, but prospective buyers are encouraged to compare the measurements with those of a dress that they know fits well prior to purchase. Measurements are: chest, pit to pit 13", stretches to about 15"; waist 12", stretches to about 14"; hemline 26.5"; length (in back, neckline to hem) 23.75".
