Basis for building is turret with what appears to be half-house on one side of main tower. 2nd floor features multi-paned windows, small curved turret between 2nd & 3rd floor could hold staircase. 3rd floor has low balcony ourside windows. "P" monogram within wreath, part of spelling out of N-O-R-T-H P-O-L-E. Was stored in basement and some moisture to the sleeve.
