DENBY METZ STONEWARE CREAMER AND LIDDED SUGAR BOWL

A creamer and lidded sugar bowl in the Metz pattern from Denby. They are footed and made of a high quality stoneware. The gorgeous forest green are found on the exterior with a trim of marine blue at the foot and interior. The beautiful lid is the blue with a green ball/handle. The creamer measures 5" wide from handle to spout and a height of 3"; the sugar bowl is 3.24" in diameter and a height of 5.5" to the top of the lid. These are dishwasher, microwave, oven and freezer safe. Denby is produced at the Derbyshire Potteries in England founded in 1809 and known for quality pieces. I don't believe these were ever used; the faded sticker is found on the bottom of the creamer and a partial on the sugar bowl. Add to your set or they can easily be added to existing dinnerware!
