YES you can revive/ recharge your defective 18 volt "Maki Blue" cordless drill lithium ion battery pack with ease.
Don't throw away that 'bad" cordless drill battery pack. Buy my device and connect one side to the "Bad ' battery and then connect a fully charged one to the other side. The voltage on the "bad" battery is below the threshold needed for the battery charger to recognize that it is a verified actual battery pack. By connecting the good 100% fully charged battery pack to the other side of the device and leaving them connected for 10 to 20 mins this will transfer enough voltage to the 'bad" battery pack. Then it can be recharged with the original battery charger again. Then u will have a new battery again. This process is basically transferring voltage from the good 100% charged battery to the "bad" battery. So it's imperative to use a 100% fully charged battery pack each attempt. You are slowly reviving the "bad" battery pack to a voltage that the original charger can verify its is an actual battery that was made to be charged by the original charger.
