D&E Juliana? Vintage Brooch Open Back Transparent Canary Topaz Clear AB Stones

This listing is for a vintage brooch. I am fairly confident this is either Juliana or D&E, (DeLizza & Elster). All of the stones are prong set, open back, topaz, light canary yellow, and aurora borealis coated stones. It measures approximately 2 3/8" in diameter. All of the stones are present, none cloudy or missing. The roll over closure is in perfect working order. I consider this a unisex brooch. Many men are wearing brooches on their tuxedo lapels. (See the last 2 photos). I have gently and carefully hand cleaned this brooch. This one is truly very special and collectible. I will also include a velvet dust bag for storage.
