Signed & Dated Limited Edition Forbidden Reality #2 includes the original set of 7 Pictures (Plates) PLUS Title Page & envelope (Envelope has rip on the top see photos)numbered: #497 Signed on 4/10/1978 by the artist. Envelope with 7 plates plus title page. Pages/ Plates measure 11" BY 14". Stephen Fabian was born January 3, 1930, in Garfield, New Jersey.[1] Fabian joined the United States Air Force in 1951. That was the same year he became interested in science fiction.[2] Leaving the Air Force in 1953, Fabian worked for DuMont Laboratories. Five years later, he joined aircraft component manufacturer Curtiss-Wright, and in 1963 found employment at electronics manufacturer Simmonds Precision Products.[2] Fabian also produced artwork for TSR's Dungeons & Dragons game from 1986 to 1995, particularly on the Ravenloft
