Vintage Prarie Dress White & Pink Polka Dots This adorable vintage dress from d.b.a. - l.a. is white cotton with mauve pink polka dots and features pink and white gingham trim, a high neck with a V, lace trim and puffed sleeves. It is a thin cotton and is see-through. The waist is elasticized. There are loops where a belt would go, but the belt is missing. It is cute as is or you could add a blue ribbon or other skinny belt. SIZE TAG IS MISSING- PLEASE CHECK MEASUREMENTS!
