Hi! My daughter (she’s 26) tried it on and it was tight in the boob area and loose in the stomach. She is a D bra and 120 pounds. I included the measurements in my photos and the top is a loose fit style. I’m not sure if I answered your question, I did not know what you meant by teen boy, LOL!
