DAN HOWARD MATERNITIES Black BLAZER style TOP Back Tie womens maternity size S. This is fully lined in acetate. This was missing a button, but it was replaced with a velvet decorative button at the top. I did notice 2 small pulls in the fabric at the back of one shoulder, probably from a purse strap.
