Bold and bright blue mini dress covered all over with tiny sequins. Fitted bodice has princess seams in front and thin adjustable straps. Slight A-line shaped skirt with two asymmetrical flounces. Fully lined in a soft knit in darker blue. Center back zipper closure with hook and eye at the top. Knit is a 110% polyester and the top is most likely polyester with plastic sequins.
