D LaGrange Moravia NY Wired Blob Top Bottle With Cage and Stopper Early 1900s
Good condition with no chips or cracks and minor wear commensurate with age and use. See photos for details.
Measures 9-1/2" tall and 2-5/8" in diameter at the bottom.
David LaGrange (1853-1907) owned and operated the Riverside Bottling Works at 4 Grove Street in Moravia, NY from the late 1800's through the early 1900's. An 1899 advertisement states the company sold bottled soda and mineral water, although this certainly looks like a beer bottle.
