Cynthia Steffe stretchy red dress with draped fabric. One opening on the seam under the zipper as shown in picture. Some strings opening and loosening, also shown in pics. Black ribbon in the middle is tight, fits a size 2 or if waist is very small it could fit a 4. Very flattering!
