Cynthia Steffe multicolored dress, size 8 (more like a 4/6)

Cynthia Steffe dress, size 8, with side zipper. Fully lined. Shell is 18% silk, 82% rayon. Very light and moves beautifully. Brown velvet straps and bottom trim. Very unique. This dress feels more like a 4 or 6 to me. And the chest area is not generous. Can be worn alone or with a top underneath.
