Cynthia Cynthia Steffe Yellow,ivory & white short sleeve Dress/Coat 60’s style. Unique find! This little dress/coat has a ivory back ground with large yellow flowers and white design inside the flower. It’s also fully lined with side pockets. It is pleated in the front and back along with a belt to flatter your figure and create a feminine look. It also has short puff sleeves with a petter pan collar and big chunky buttons for front closure. Retro, feminine and made in the USA! Size 8 Approximate Measurements 19” armpit to armpit 43” long The tag for the materiel not available but, I believe it’s cotton with a polyester lining. Normal wear no stains or holes and the buttons could use some tightening otherwise great condition.
