Cynthia Steffe Navy Blue and Black Sequined Tweed A-line Dress

Super cute blue and black tweed dress A-line dress by Cynthia Steffe. Metallic black threading and black sequins are interwoven throughout, giving a kind of sparkling effect as the fabric moves! There are two thin black threads on each side that originally served as belt loops, though the left is disconnected on top. See the last few photos for close-ups of the belt loop threads and a studio photo with a model to show the kind of belt it would have come with. I found another posher selling this same dress nwt, tag shows $248 MSRP. Materials tag says: Body: 100% Polyester Skirt: 71% Polyester 25% Rayon 4% Spandex Lining: 100% Polyester ^I'm assuming "body" refers to the black bid at the shoulders and "skirt" refers to the tweed fabric.
