Cynthia Rowley knit polka dot sweater dress with shirt collar and cuffs

Cute sweater dress from Cynthia Rowley, sold at TJ Maxx. Features grey knit dress with small black polka dots, white attached shirt collar and cuffs, long sleeves, unlined. Has a few light stains on the cuffs and collar as shown in pictures. I have not tried to launder them out since this item is new with tags. 60% cotton, 40% rayon.
