Like, when you talk to them, the conversation will be engaging and you will be amazed by how much they know and you subsequently learn. But more than once during the conversation, their gaze will shift to the corner and they’ll quirk their lips in the funniest (and disturbing) little smile. And when you look at that corner, there’s nothing there.
