Cynthia Rowley Ruffled Jacket!

Excellent condition! Beautiful dark gray fabric. This fabric has a little bit of sheen to it. There’s 2 tiny spots on the back of the right sleeve. Please see pictures for reference. Size Small but runs a bit larger. Measures 21” from the top shoulder seam to bottom hem and 21” across the chest from underarm to underarm. The sleeves measure 24” long.
