Cynthia Rowley Quilted Dress

Cynthia Rowley quilted dress. New with tags but there is some makeup on the inside of the dress around the collar. I purchased without realizing until I tried it on at home and unfortunately the dress did not end up fitting me. I originally purchased for work but you could wear this to a nice dinner or another function quite easily.
