The piece is totally encircled by glass crystals set into silver chromelike metal settings. The bowl is also made of the same shiny heavy duty highly polished chrome silver metal alloy and stands an a sturdy round foot. There are two silver hoop handles flanking the piece on each side. The piece measures approximately 13" handle to handle by 10" wide by 8" high and is in great condition with no visible anomalies and only minor wear and small tiny scratching from usage.
