Cynthia Rowley skirt, women's size medium. White with a colorful pink, orange, black, and blue floral print. It's a wrap skirt as I've captured in the photos. It has an attached tie belt. It has a stretchy elastic waist, and the material stretches too. No pockets. I'm pretty sure I never wore this, just took the tags off and kept it in my closet. No flaws that I can see.
