The vest and skirt are for the little girl that is in size 4. The vest is lined with a silk lining. The skirt has 3 layers. The first layer and outer layer is of beautiful gold-glittered tulle, the second is a plain layer of tulle, and the 3rd layer is made of silk lining. The shiny gold elastic waistband is finished with a gold bow and 2 white pom poms. The gold glitter on the outside layer of tulle makes this skirt very special.
