Cynthia Rowley Colorful High-Waist Polka Dot Bikini (Medium)

This set is super cool and only worn 1 or 2 times. The top is technically reversible, however, you'll see I cut small slits into the polka-dot side so I could slip in a pad for better coverage. The bottom is a brief cut. Both are medium, though I feel like the top could fit a small. This is a standard stretchy swim material, not neoprene.
