Cynthia Rowley Beautiful Spring Dress

I bought it to wear to a summer wedding, took the tags off and something came up with my family and never got to wear the dress :( So it is literally new!! The pattern is amazing, bright colors blended together; the design/fabric, the designer created this dress to sculpt your bust line and flare just above the hips, she incorporated extra material in the hip line so that it flares! With a higher scoop front neckline but low V-shaped neckline in the back. And the ultimate in dresses...pockets!
