tsmileyface71 are these a size 39? I can't see the number anywhere in the pictures. I want to make sure it's a true 39 because that's what I wear in this brand. thank you

lkrake3 @tsmileyface71 I am so sorry. These do say 38 on the bottom. I am a 39 and wear an 8.5 shoe.These do need some glueing on the soles for they have not been worn in years. Such a cool shoe.

tsmileyface71 @lkrake3 no worries and thanks for getting back to me. if you normally wear a 39/8.5 do these fit you well? I don't want to buy something that doesn't fit but I had one pair of cydwoq before and they were 39. not sure if every style is slightly different as far as sizing. also are the straps stretched out at all? it doesn't look like I can adjust the straps to tighten them.

lkrake3 @tsmileyface71 I tried on the shoes. Since the toe is elongated, I think they run large because they fit me. I’m a full 8/8.5 . Purchase mainly 8.5. My feet are medium width. Since I wore these so infrequently, the ankle straps are not stretched. If you have a wide ankle the straps would stretch since they are leather but they are not roomy at the ankle. I have purchased this brand 3-4 times before and they seem to run small but not my experience with these shoes.
