Cyberdog Neon UV Yellow Cyber Kilt Skirt Large

I am not the first owner of this skirt, but I have had it for at least 10 years and it is in excellent condition. It is a bit wrinkled from storage, see photos. I did my best to capture the color by showing in regular and blacklight, this is a true neon highlighter yellow. Long discontinued color and apparently not made in size large anymore. Waistband 16" no stretch at all length 9 3/4" Smoke free, cat friendly home.
