Cyber goth punk rave spider mini ruffle skirt neon skull handmade layered xs

I made this skirt over 13+ years ago and never wore it. This does have imperfections but its fun and perfect for a costume or a cyber goth/rave event. Best fit for extra small-small. My mannequin is a medium so this is too small. Skull, spider webs, neon, rave, glam metal, handmade
