It measures 24 1/4" by 20" with the frame and approximately 21" by 16 3/4" without the frame. The oil is in pretty good vintage condition. Oil on canvas App 24 x20 inches Signed “Rivera” or something similar. There is a label created by local art dealer in the 1979.
