Cute yellow sleeveless sweater

This is a super-cute item ... vibrant yellow and flattering neck & back lines. I have only worn it twice, once each way -- I think it's optional, with ruffle in front. Unsure who makes this, label as shown: Studio f, no size. * I am between S & M, 36B.
