Cute white summer dress *unknown dark spot on sleeve*

This is a cute, stretchy waist summertime dress. I have never worn it. Bought it preloved and hung it up in my closet with all the best intentions. Now, I see a spot on the sleeve, but I have no idea when it happened. If you have a Tide pen and 10 minutes, could be a cute beginning of fall dress for family pics!
