Great light rain slicker/parka from Uniqlo, for petite women like myself or 11-12 year olds. Nice hood, 2 zippered pockets, not a drawstring bottom, 100% poly. It’s a vibrant turquoise color - hard to capture in photos for some reason, but the third pic looks closest to the real color.
