Cute off the shoulder summer dress. Size L 10/12

This dress is made of buttery, soft cotton blend that skin your body, but doesn’t cling. Spaghetti straps hope to cover your bra straps and the sleeves can be worn off or on the shoulders. This is a size large and it will fit a 12 to 14. I’m 5 foot four and it hits just above my knees.
