Cute little pleather skirt

I’m sure it’s pleather. It’s soft and fun. Sorry my measurement pictures are slightly confusing. The 19th inch picture is hips. The length is slightly longer in the back than it is front. Even has booty darts. Which makes it actually quite flattering. Runs big for a 4 in my opinion, hence the measurements. PS. She’s not new and she doesn’t have tags, but I have to admit that I’ve never worn her out of the house. So she is essentially unworn.
