Cute chunky slides (Aldo, 40, chocolate)

These chocolate platform slides are perfect for fall. Pair them with jeans and and oversized cashmere sweater, and your pumpkin spice latte will taste better than ever. :) They also work great in summer. I used to wear them with a white linen pencil skirt from Banana, and I thought it made for a clean, breezy look. The exterior of these shoes are dark brown. The soles are gold. The sides of the platforms feature a fun striped pattern. The heel is about four inches off the ground. IMPORTANT: I often think that this type of platform heel is easier to walk in than regular heels, because your foot ends up more parallel to the ground. But be aware that the wedge of this heel is fairly narrow. (See the third photo.) So if you're not used to walking in heels, you might find them challenging. Also, I have narrow feet, and these shoes don't fit snuggly on my feet when walking -- another potential challenge. So these cuties might work best for someone with a wide foot.
