Cute Torrid size 2 Top - Burgundy

Really cute scoop neck ponte top from Torrid. I think it was originally sold with a net fluffy skirt for a party. Short bell sleeves, shorter length. Fabric is dressier style, but has just a bit of stretch for comfort.
