Cute Ruffled Top

Very cute top. Non functional buttons on the front and are functional at chest through neck or can be left open. There’s a matching cami that is attached to blouse and the blouse on top is sheer. Stretch at bottom and at sleeve caps. Very pretty eggplant purple.
