Cute Orange & Black Midi Sundress

This little dress says IX on the outer sales tag, but it was made in Viet Nam, so the size is inaccurate according to US sizes. It is actually a size 4(S). Please see photo measurements for good fit. It is 100% polyester, so very soft & wrinkle free. In pretty & varied orange shades & black with rouching on the top. Non smoking & pet hair free home. EUC!
