Cute Fit and Flare Dress

This skirt is full and made of the most comfortable, stretchy material. Perfect for swing dancing or just when you don't feel like matching two pieces together. Measurements from armpit to hem is 31.5" Waist is 12" measured flat, but the material is so stretchy, it could easily fit a large. I have a 32" waist, and it fits me like a glove. Back is identical to the front. Used but in excellent condition.
